Nishant Soni & Associates (NSA) is a Mumbai-headquartered professional services firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Valuers, established in 2013. Over the years, the firm has earned the trust of founders, family offices, listed companies, private equity and alternative investment funds, and mid-market enterprises across India and the Middle East.

With extensive experience spanning more than 2,000 valuation engagements personally led and executed, CA Nishant Soni possesses deep expertise in valuation and transaction advisory matters under diverse regulatory frameworks, including the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), FEMA, Income Tax Act, SEBI Regulations, and the Companies Act. His work has supported promoters, investors, startups, established enterprises, and professional advisors in making informed strategic and financial decisions.
